The information is not used for marketing.
Access and retention
Only authorised Phone Access staff and the technical providers needed to handle your request may access the information. Some providers may process it outside the European Union under the safeguards required by applicable data protection law.
Information is kept only as long as needed to handle and follow up your request. If it leads to a quote, repair, invoice, warranty, or dispute, the necessary data is retained for the applicable statutory or evidential period.
Your rights
